Shipping policy

Proderma Lab is not liable for deliveries impacted by customs issues, natural events, strikes, delays in air and ground transportation, or any additional fees and charges incurred after the package has left our facility.

Packages that cannot be delivered by our international shipping partners will be canceled and refunded upon receipt and processing at our shipping hub.

Shipping Time

The standard order processing time is 48 hours on business days (Monday to Friday). After your order is shipped, delivery within Hong Kong typically takes 4-7 business days, while international delivery may take 3-7 business days. Please note that during holidays or for limited-edition launches and restocks, shipping and delivery times may differ.
