We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges; all sales are final. Please be aware that Proderma Lab reserves the right to decline any returns, reshipments, or refunds. In the rare case that a product arrives damaged, customers must contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt, providing photos of the damage and a screenshot of the order confirmation email.
